Grayson County Fair
Sponsorship Application
Sponsor an entertainment, a project,
a vision, an activity, publicity activity, or your volunteer time to the Grayson
County Fair.
2008 marks the 15th year of the Grayson County Fair. What started out as a
small endeavor by a handful of volunteers has grown to become a major event in
our county, with approximately 18,000 people from Grayson County and surrounding
areas visiting the Fair each year. What has not changed is our commitment to
provide wholesome, affordable entertainment for the families of our county.
Again this year we are offering you, our sponsors, a way to merchandise your
business in a more visible manner. All sponsors will receive personalized
tickets with your corporate logo on the ticket. These tickets will be yours to
do with as you wish. You may choose to give them away to your customers,
employees, or charitable organizations. Or, you may wish to merchandise them as
an incentive for customers to come to your business. The way you use them is
totally up to you.
In addition to custom printed tickets, our Blue and
Red Ribbon sponsors will
receive advertising exposure equal to the dollar amount of their sponsorship!
Sponsors will also receive:
Corporate logo on all Grayson County Fair newspaper advertising
Corporate logo on Fair programs that will be handed out at Fair entrance
Midway ride tickets
We need your help to continue to bring the citizens of Grayson County and
surrounding areas a quality County Fair.
The Grayson County Fair is a non-profit 501 C-3 corporation, and all monies
generated are used to expand and improve the Fair. The Fair is totally staffed
by community volunteers.
